The interview profile plus your files become a ready-to-use AI — automatically, at no cost.
SHAPE is the assembly step of the loop. It combines everything you built in KNOW (your persona) and GATHER (your knowledge) into one ready-to-use AI. There's nothing to configure — the moment you have a persona and at least one data source, your AI is shaped and usable.
Where to do it
SHAPE happens automatically as the third step (BENTUK) of the Build your AI wizard — a review screen showing your persona and your data before your AI goes live. You don't configure anything; you just confirm.
You can reshape an existing AI any time by editing its persona (Personas in the sidebar) or changing its attached data (AI Library or the persona's Data tab) — the change applies immediately.
What actually happens
Your persona profile becomes the AI's instructions — who it is, how it speaks, what it knows, where its boundaries are. Your attached knowledge becomes what it can search. The platform packages both into a working AI you can chat with immediately.
This is setup, not training. A ready-made model is customized to follow your profile and consult your data. It's instant, it's free, and you can reshape it any time by editing the persona or changing the data.

The READY step
The last wizard step (READY) is your handoff screen: it names your finished AI and offers a button to open a chat with it right away. From there you're in USE — chat, generate files, and start working.
Test, then iterate
Once shaped, test it: "Answer the top question a customer would ask, in my tone." Then refine:
- Edit the persona for a sharper voice or stricter boundaries.
- Add more files in GATHER for wider knowledge.
- Re-interview in KNOW to change direction entirely.
Your AI is a living thing — SHAPE is never final.
Going deeper: custom fine-tuning
A deeper version of SHAPE is on the roadmap: fine-tuning that truly rewrites a model to your domain — making it faster, more consistent, and portable outside the platform. When it ships it will be a clearly labeled, paid service. Until then, the automatic setup here is the complete, supported path.
