The rules of the partnership.

The Tyrex Creator Program ("Program") lets content creators and affiliate marketers earn recurring commission by bringing paying Tyrex subscribers. These Creator Program Terms ("Program Terms") supplement the Tyrex Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where these Program Terms and the Terms of Service conflict, these Program Terms govern your participation in the Program.

By submitting an application to the Program, you agree to these Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply.

• Participation is approval-based. You apply through the application form in your account, providing your niche, at least one social profile, and your audience size.
• Applications are reviewed by the Tyrex team, typically within 3-5 business days. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We may decline an application for any lawful reason, including ineligible or irrelevant audiences.
• Approval is granted to you personally and is not transferable. You may not sell, assign, or sublicense your creator account.
• We may revoke approval at any time if you breach these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

• Approved creators earn a 15% recurring commission on the subscription revenue of paying subscribers they refer, while those subscribers remain active.
• Commission is calculated on net revenue — the subscription price after any promo-code discount, before payment-processing fees and taxes.
• Commission is not paid for free signups. Signups that never subscribe generate no commission. This is what keeps the Program economically safe for both sides.
• Commission is subject to a 30-day vesting period after the subscriber's payment, to account for refunds and chargebacks.

• Attribution follows first-touch order: a subscriber who signed up through your referral link is credited to you. If a subscriber was not referred by anyone, a purchase using your personal promo code is credited to you.
• Your personal promo code gives your audience a discount (10% off by default). Commission is still paid on the discounted (net) amount.
• You may not claim commission for subscribers you did not genuinely bring, and you may not claim commission for your own subscriptions.

• Payouts run on the 1st of each month for commission that has vested and reached the minimum payout of IDR 500.000. Balances below the minimum carry forward.
• To receive payouts you must complete seller verification in your account (bank details and e-KTP identity verification). We cannot pay out to accounts without verified payout details.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your commission income. Tyrex is not a tax advisor.

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself, use multiple accounts, or use fake or artificially created accounts to generate commission.
• Purchase subscriptions for the purpose of claiming commission, or collude with others to inflate commission.
• Run spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading ads, or paid advertising on Tyrex-branded keywords without our written permission.
• Use the Program in any way that violates the Tyrex Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Manipulate attribution, promo codes, or the Program's mechanics in any way not expressly permitted.

Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commission, revocation of creator status, or termination of your Tyrex account.

• If a subscriber refunds or chargebacks a payment within 45 days, the related commission is clawed back from your balance.
• If your balance becomes negative as a result of clawbacks, we may deduct future commission until it is repaid.
• We may correct any commission, attribution, or payout error that we detect, including retroactively.

• Content you make about Tyrex must be honest and accurate. Do not make claims about Tyrex, its AI, or its capabilities that are false or misleading, and disclose your creator relationship where required by applicable advertising law.
• Approved creators receive a content swipe file — ready-to-post scripts, captions, and threads. You are free to use, adapt, or ignore them; you remain responsible for the content you publish.
• You may use the Tyrex name and logo only in connection with your honest promotion of Tyrex, and not in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or ownership beyond the Program.

• You may stop participating at any time by contacting us — your existing referral links stop earning new commission once you leave the Program.
• We may terminate your participation if you breach these Program Terms or the Terms of Service, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Vested commission that has already been earned before termination will be paid in accordance with Section 05, except where forfeiture applies under Section 06.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including commission clawbacks, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, and governing law — will survive.

We may update these Program Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice by email or an in-product notice. Continued participation after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

The Creator Program pays commission only on real, paid subscriptions. Free signups earn nothing, and payouts require identity verification — these rules exist to keep the Program safe from abuse for creators and for Tyrex.
