What is a 'unit'?+
A unit is how we measure chat usage. Each model consumes units at a different rate — RAPTOR is the most efficient, REX the heaviest. Your dashboard always shows real-time usage, so there are no surprises.
What is a 'credit'?+
Credits are a separate balance that pays for generation (images, video, 3D models) and app building. One credit ≈ Rp 500 of infrastructure cost. Image = 8 credits, a 5s 720p video = 15 credits, a 3D model = 5 credits, and app-build actions run 4–28 credits depending on size. Credits refill monthly with your plan and unused credits don't roll over.
Can I buy extra credits?+
Credit packs are an exclusive add-on for active paid plans (PRO and ELITE) — free accounts cannot purchase credit packs. You can buy packs anytime (100 credits Rp 99,000 · 500 credits Rp 449,000 · 2,000 credits Rp 1,699,000). Packs are valid for 90 days, cover both generation and app building, and are only spent after your monthly plan credits. Any failed generation is automatically refunded.
Where does generation happen?+
In Studio — a dedicated workspace with full control over camera moves, looks and aspect ratios. Chat stays text-only: if you ask for an image in chat, your AI writes the prompt for you and hands you a link that opens Studio pre-filled.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing whenever you want. If you hit your quota, your AIs don't stop — they keep working, and you just upgrade.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?+
Annual billing pays for 10 months and gives you 12 — that's 2 months free. It's available on PRO only; ELITE is monthly-only. The exact figure is always shown on the pricing cards above, in whichever currency you pick (checkout is settled in IDR).
Why are prices shown in USD and IDR?+
The plan definition is in USD, and the Rupiah figure is converted at the daily exchange rate (ECB reference rate via Frankfurter). The rate is refreshed hourly, so the IDR number you see is the one you pay — no rounding up. Checkout is always settled in IDR through Midtrans, which covers bank transfer, QRIS and e-wallets.
Are there extra payment fees?+
Plan prices are exactly as shown. Checkout adds a Rp 4,000 payment admin fee (Midtrans) and 11% VAT on the plan price — both are shown upfront on the checkout page before you pay. The Marketplace takes a 20-30% commission depending on category — models 30%, everything else 20%. The rest is yours.
What if my data exceeds the storage limit?+
You can still access your existing data, and new uploads will wait — upgrade your storage or remove old data from Data Studio. Nothing is force-deleted.
How do I pay?+
Through Midtrans — bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, and more. After checkout you'll get a payment page and a confirmation once it settles.
What happens when I hit my unit cap?+
Your AIs don't stop working. You can keep using them and upgrade when you're ready — the two safety layers (rolling window + monthly cap) protect you from surprise bursts, not from your own work.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The FREE plan needs nothing — no card, no commitment, forever. You only enter payment details when you upgrade.
